eclipse控制台输出乱码的解决方案

1、首先在Run-Run Configration-Tomcat-Arguments,在VM arguments中添加-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

2、Common tab页，在Console encoding中选择UTF-8

按照以上操作后，问题得以解决。
